Hey people. It has been a long time since I've written a
post. In this, I'm going to explain how thinking capabilities work in a
different situations and tips to make it better.
Thinking is the endless work we do every second. There is no
time in our life when we are not thinking anything. We always have some or
other thoughts Thoughts are our ideas about anything which we see, hear, and
speak. Our mind fetches any one of this media to create thoughts about. If you
are stubborn enough, you can try not to think anything for a while. Clear all
the thoughts in your mind and try to stop thinking. But that actually is an
illusion. You will be still thinking about how it would be without any thoughts
or without thinking anything. Even while we are sleeping we think in form of dreaming. So,
thinking is an unstoppable act that always runs in our mind.
Now, let’s imagine a situation where we are calm and in a
relaxed mood, our thoughts will be about peace and happiness. In such times we
usually think about memories, happy memories obviously. But imagine a situation
when we are tensed, can we think like the same..? I recently had such an
encounter. A few days back, I was going to college as usually and found that my
ID card was missing which should be right in my bag. I almost reached my
college and didn't have time to walk back to room and search for it. I settled
in my class with full tension and wet fore head soaked in sweat. The only one
thing I remembered well was that I've kept my ID in my bag the before evening
but it was not there. I became blank and wasn't able to recollect anything. Then
my friend asked me to relax and think. He said ‘you mind is trying to fetch a false memory or memory of some other day’. I relaxed having some water.
Not more than two minutes, I got reminded that I had took my ID for a Xerox and
kept it in my shelf. Everything we do will be recorded in our mind in sub-conscious
memory; all we need is a relaxed mind to access it. Tension blocks our thinking
capacity. So we should practice to think better in all the situations. Getting tensed
is the most useless thing ever. Half of our brain’s capacity will be eaten up for settling the tension and reasons for it. So from today let’s be cool and think cool.
There is a small tip
I always use, if you get tensed, never think about the reason for tension. It increases
your tension. Think about how to stop it, stop getting tensed and try to find a
solution for the situation. If you are worried or feeling low, then search for
the reason and just tell your mind that it is going to be okay and try to
forget that. You will feel much better.
