Turning pain to power

The title itself appears strange about turning pain to power. Pain in the sense is not suffering. It means psychological pain or mental stress. Why do we have to undergo such pain or stress..?
Pain can be merely explained as a feeling which we get when something odd happens. The further reasons of one’s individual pain depends on his/her personal life or problems. For example a student’s problem could be about his studies. For a working person it differs. Whatever the reason is pain leads to only one point,   'Depression'. We get depressed for very small reason almost every day, sometimes we express it and sometimes we don’t. So let us now classify pain in levels. The pain due to very small incidents we face every day is of first level. It has an impact of few hours or might be a day.
The incidents that penetrate in to our minds like losing someone close to us or being insulted by someone may be in the office or in class, these kind of incidents give us pain which pricks our heart every day which is of second level. This kind of pain can be very powerful weapon in our hands. If we can think why we had faced such a situation and strive to avoid it next time, we can be a champ. For example, if our teacher scolds for not doing a project properly, it gives us pain. If we are able to use that pain as a weapon to take revenge on the situation and work hard on it, we’ll have a beautiful project in our hands. This idea works for all other level two painful situations.
The third level of pain happens only with very sensitive or weak hearted people. The reason of pain might be very small for a normal person but for them, it means a lot. They get depressed in a very bad way living out from the world leaving everything. This is the same situation of a person who commits suicide. They get depressed so much thinking that quitting their lives would be much better than to feel that pain. But this is not at all correct. Quitting from our life means to give up, being a coward to face the situations. Remember, always we should handle the situations, don’t let the situations handle us. We don’t know how the life changes. Spring comes only after winter. So fight till the end to win the final battle. Longer the struggle, greater the victory! Change the pain to live, to fight! Fight using the pain. That’s the ultimate power! That’s the urge to victory!
There is always a chance within us to turn the pain to anger. That is getting angry on the reason of pain. It is like becoming angry on the teacher for our mistakes in the example we've seen above. Anger also has a very similar impact as the power from pain but in a negative way. This can lead to a very dangerous mental condition. Getting angry on the person who insults us could make us to put the person in trouble. Getting angry on a company could make us leave the company. But we are the final failures for these consequences. It’s we who lose everything in anger. Everybody asks us to count ten when we get angry. For many people this does not sound useful. Counting ten doesn't mean to count ten and then get angry. It means to think for a minute about what we are doing.
The most dangerous anger is the anger on the society or humankind. Becoming angry on all the people will result in losing the respect on human lives. People who don’t have such respect are called ’Terrorists’. These kinds of people don't care for life. Angry pre-matured young minds can be injected such stuff which can turn them into merciless man-eaters. So always be far from anger.
And that’s how converting our pain to a positive power will bloom great flowers in our lives. Try them with your situations and see it by yourself.

Overcoming Fear

Everyone in the world aims to be successful. You, me, even the one who has all the possible chances to lose, will have the urge to win. To be successful or to win something, material preparation towards it is very important. But along with that we need mental preparation too. We should make up our mind for every situation. Self-confidence is the first and foremost thing we need to foster. Just think, if we do not believe in ourselves how others would.? So believe in yourself and in your strength. Never lose hope even at the last second. Strive for success till the end. The most common reason for losing self-confidence is FEAR. The most dangerous feeling that leads us to failure. Fear can be classified into three types--
1) Fear of being a failure
2) Fear of breaking hopes or responsibilities
3) Fear of tougher competition
The first one is very common for the people who had never been failure in their life. These people worry that their fame and name will be spoiled if they fail. The second category people don’t care about being failure or loosing something but worry that they might disappoint others. These people have more stress on them in the name of hopes. The third category will have no stress and will be confident about their strength, but on the other hand will be more confident about opponent’s strength. They think that the opponent is stronger than them.
If you observe the reasons of fear in all the three cases, there is no fear in us from the beginning. Its derived from the surroundings or from the negative thoughts. If we don't have that stress or negative encounters we'll be full with confidence in the run for success.
The best way to overcome the first kind of fear is to understand that success and failure are only parts of life and we should welcome both. There is no need to feel shy for being a failure. Without tasting bitter how can we enjoy sweetness? It will be painful to be a failure. But we should turn the power of pain in a positive way to grow in life. Leave about fame, respect, Just aim at your target and struggle for it.
People with second kind of fear will have heavy stress on them. Like a student being stressed from parents.
They work hard and struggle to become successful for others or to keep up hopes of others but will be defeated by fear. If they win others enjoy his success than him. The first thing to understand is, why work for others.? Work for yourself. After all it’s your life so do it for you. Work hard, but work for you to be successful. Do not think about others. Have a maturity that it’s you going to be you on the board if you work for it and win. Now you will have no fear of breaking hopes of others. You will win and you will enjoy each and every bit of that.
The third must believe in their energy than others. They must feel that they can defeat him how much ever strong he is. The evergreen example for this are the words by kapil dev "Do not see the person who bowls, see the ball". So watch the combat not the strength of opponent. For students, see the papers not the teacher.
Understand in which kind of fear you are in and start thinking towards it from today. You’ll surely make a way out of it.
